Tender Call for                                   : “supply of audio system , musical instrument and sports items”

Sealed Tenders are invited from different firms having valid GST & TIN certificate for supply of “audio system, musical instrument and sports items specification given below by the Principal Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Deulipal,Dharmasala, Jajpur. Interested suppliers or manufacturers may submit their tender to the undersigned as per the schedule and time mentioned above.
Terms & conditions:
        1. The undersigned shall have the right for rejecting all or any of the tender without
Assigning any reason thereof.

       2.     Any tender received after the due date & time will be rejected.
       3.     Manufacturing unit who has been blacklisted by the Tender inviting authority or by
any state Govt. or Central Govt. organization is not eligible to participate in the tender for
that item during the period of blacklisting.
       4.     The Original Tender Copy with Conditions and the schedules signed by the tenderer at the bottom of each page with his official seal duly affixed.
       5.     The rates should be quoted including F.O.R destination and excluding TAX.
       6.     The bidder should submit attested copy of D.L, GST Registration certificate and GSTR-3B
Form, PAN & TIN certificate along with the Tender.
      7.   Performance Statement during the last two years, towards proof of supply to any Govt.
Organization / private school.
       8.   The bidder(s) are to submit their tenders in separate sealed covered envelops for Audio system, Musical Instruments and sports items. The outer Cover, which should be
Super scribed as “Tender for the supply of Audio system/ Musical Instruments/sports items).
